1. Nature of the Service

TempMailAI provides an automated, Tempmailai disposable email receiving service. Mailboxes generated on TempMailAI are short-lived (10 minutes default) and designed strictly for receiving transient verification messages, newsletters, and trial sign-ups.

2. Prohibited Uses & Abuse Policy

You agree not to use TempMailAI for any unlawful or malicious activities, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized access to computer systems
• Registering fake accounts to bypass rate limits or orchestrate DDoS/sybil attacks
• Conducting extortion, phishing, malware delivery, or social engineering campaigns
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload our API servers and mail routing infrastructure

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

TempMailAI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, deliverability of specific third-party emails, or permanent retention of any communications.

You are strictly advised against using TempMailAI for critical financial, government, or medical accounts where lost access could result in financial or legal damages.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TempMailAI, its developers, or its hosting infrastructure partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

5. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
