1. Data Minimization (Article 5(1)(c))
Under GDPR Article 5(1)(c), personal data must be "adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed." TempMailAI adheres to this standard by collecting zero personal data. No registration names, IP address logs, phone numbers, or user profiles are ever recorded.
2. Storage Limitation & Right to Erasure (Article 17)
Because TempMailAI automatically erases all mailbox contents and session tokens upon expiration of the 10-minute countdown timer or manual inbox deletion, user data is perpetually purged by default.
